50 straps for 50 owners?
If they say no, I firstly wonder if this customer request/desire has ever left the boutique.
How does RM find out about the market demand if the boutique or AD never tells them?
They will surely do 50 straps if they would see a possible demand for 50. However, if there are only 50 owners of your model out there, would all of them really buy one or would you pay for one the price of 50?
If demand is there, RM wouldn't do it, any 3rd party supplier would certainly do.
Did you contact RM maybe directly?
Objectively, denying such a request might be a valid business decision, even though single customers won't necessarily like it, right?
