Meteorite has been used in the world of custom knives for a while, particularly Gibeon which is available on the market and has a really good widmanstatten pattern. The trick with the iron ones, which are basically just weirdly alloyed high-nickel iron, is heating them more then a bit starts to destroy the pattern which was caused by the crystalization. In knives they're mostly used for the bolsters, decoration not function. There are some guys who forge the stuff down into san-mai style blades (soft iron over a harder steel core), but they're just selling the name, you can't really tell what the stuff is anymore.
Based on this I'd expect that it's not suitable for "load bearing" parts of a watch, but might make some cool dials
