As you have nicely put "Light weight metal makes mores sense on an rm..."
And the fact that ti price like a rg tells something.
But if you like the look and is missing a rg in your collection, that's another story. To me a complicated dial like rm11 deserves a ti or carbon.
How about a rg rm30, bigger on wrist like 11 and dressy enough to carry a rg case.

RM 11 vs RM 30

I tried on both. if you have no need for a chrono or cannot see the small month in the RM11, I would get the RM30 without thinking, much nicer.

If its an RM11, you want to go titanium. The colour & hue suit the watch much better than the gold, tit just goes so much better with the skeleton dial etc. Also the tit is way lighter and as its a big watch it wears so much nicer than the gold versio...
