I can't imagine a RM looking like this, or acting same without being in some sort of significant accident, however, there is a reasonable chance that your watch can be restored.  Be Very Careful in whom you choose.  I would suggest going direct to RM. 

We have all seen exceptionally well done restoration work.  Don't fret.  And, if it is at all possible to reverse the transaction, do so asap!  It is standard courtesy to allow 3 business days for the buyer to inspect.  Take abvantage of this opportunity if still available.
