Both SIHH and Baselword need to re-purpose their events from retailer-focused to consumer-focused. It's becoming obsolete for the brands as currently constructed. [nt]

I don’t think customers from all over the world will not travel to Basel. I think that brands will focus on events more local and direct to end customers
