Hi guys, so I recently got an email from Singapore RM Service Centre, and they told me that my time piece will be serviced under warranty. It will takes 16 weeks for the servicing time. I hope to collect my time piece as soon as it reaches its accreditation level.
Once again, thanks to Richard Mille Service Centre for its effort to settle this issue. I am fully satisfied and cannot wait to finally get back my time piece.

If the warranty card/papers have no dealer
