aaron, Indeed, the Upstream has ceased to be. Production was stopped in 2007. It is an ex-model at Piaget. It is a dead sales proposition..... In the words of the Monty Python Flying Circus sketch: It's not pining, it's passed on. This parrot is no more! ...

I've been running a little campaign to revive the Upstream click here But it is a 2-edged sword of damocles: On one hand, I would love to see a re-edition for the sheer enjoyment for Piaget fans. On the other hand, it would dilute my investment in an icon...

The Upstream is very cool piece of Piaget history. Its been several years since I've seen one in person. BTW, great skit, although one of my co-worker prefers "The Cheese Shop." Best regards, Dino
