Awestruck by the Polo S green, and so.....

Hi,
I have some of the "usual" blue dial watches (Rolex, AP, PP, and others), but I don't have a watch with a green dial. The pic below of a billboard ad caught my eye every time I walked by it. Finally, last weekend I decided to go into the store to see the real thing. Since it looks fantastic, wears great, adds a new color to my collection, and I can change straps, I decided just like that to take it home this week.
In my opinion, Piaget did a superb job at creating just the right hue of green when they made this one. The green is soft and spot on. The dial is mesmerizing when the color radiates and changes according to the angle of light. To me, among all the green dials that are coming into fashion (I guess???), this Polo S green is the best looking. And the touch of RG around the indices, hands, and date window adds just the right amount of high-end look without overkill.
However, before I saw the billboard, I had never even heard of or noticed the Polo S. I did some research and read that when this watch was launched 5 years ago it caused an uproar among many WIS enthusiasts.
Do you think that the dust has settled and the WIS community has warmed up to the Polo S by now? Is this model gaining followers? Or maybe it is still getting the "cold shoulder"? (Although, this green dial might change a few minds.)
And does anyone know if the Polo S has been a success or failure for Piaget?
I am looking forward to your input.
Ron
