The b&w photos are from 2012 and the color from 2013... all film. Number five is one of my favorites... taken with the Nikkor-H 2.8cm f/3.5 I took this lens to the Philippines and liked the results (the photo of Raul, 'Presci' our guide, and AP). You ...

I was walking across the street (from photo left to right) and didn't really notice the setting. When I crossed from shadow to light it was very noticeably warmer... pause, think, look. A change in temperature was responsible for that photo ; ) Vis-à-vis ...

That adds to the overall feel and composition of the image. Really lovely black and white series Casey. I have to take up my film cameras and start shooting again. Though its a pity some of my favorite Agfa black and white films are long gone and some of ...

I am thinking of "Echi's" photographs... he is more or less dedicated to the Leica Monochrom at the moment ( Link ) For b&w I have enough stock of Neopan 400 & 100 in the freezer to last a few years, after that who knows. I like "JCH Street Pan 40...

Thanks Casey

Yes I do shoot with the Monochrom the CCD version which I do agree is as good as it can get for digital B&W. I do however miss the feeling of film of not knowing what I have exactly captured until I have developed the film. I am absolutely not denying the...

The second and third photos were developed on 28-Aug-2013... about five years ago. The film was Fujifilm Pro 400 (PN400N) which I understand was only available in Japan (since discontinued). It was a formula created for the Japan market and was a little w...
