the first is very life like...
and seems to be a long exposure... hand held?
I like the light and shadow.
The second is interesting for a couple of reasons...
There are no cars or trucks... nor bicycles
... and for the most part the cycles have only one person...
the jumble of telephone wire and classic building (background) adds to the photo...

Definitely not!
It's a few second exposure. The 2nd one was taken at the intersection in Ho Chi Minh city aka Saigon. An interesting city for photographers. cen@jkt
