Just half an hour ago Shutter at 1/80th Aperture at f/8 Iso at 600 manual focus

To be honest, was quit happy myself as well. Tried it many times, every time failures un til I watched some tutorials on youtube and now they are getting better

My issue is my ADD, meds help sometimes but my mind is a wary wanderer. Who knows, photography may help with patience and stableness, lord knows I need it.

Weather was great although slightly hazy skies Half an hour later the moon was bit bigger but definitely too hazy by then

Its an older model, no VR but on a tripod and shooting with remote, the VR isn’t missed. The light in the lens is what i like a lot plus for normal pictures it has a fast auto focus

I’m seriously considering buying the Nikon 200-500 f/5.6 zoom lens. I’ve read a lot of good things about it. Its one of the few long Nikon lenses that are in an affordable amateur range. I like photography but I’m not going to pay thousands of dollars for... 

which I know won't get me a decent shot of the moon.
