It looks a bit like a flying saucer.
It’s purely coincidental but in The Netherlands there is a famous building that looks in a certain way but similar.
It’s called Evoluon. It was commissioned by Frits Philips (at that time still majority owner of Philips) in 1966.
Initially as a research platform, later on showcase. When Philips moved head office to Amsterdam the building became a museum and now it’s used for trade fairs etc.
