PS - a few years ago, a pal in the UK proposed walking the perimeter of his property with him - his "daily walk around the estate" as he put it. Taking a look from Google Maps - you can see there's an irregular lot with house and pool, and an adjacent rectangular property that's heavily wooded. What's not clear is the "tilt" of the land, as it's on a significant hillside. By the time we got back we were both winded, wet and ready for a warming drink. My property is much smaller, but steeper, so I am just as winded when I come back from my short walks.
