Not much gets by the internet... other indications were the rising cost of b&w development and more recently the limit on the number of rolls each person can buy at one of the big camera shops.  As mentioned above, Fuji reversal film is still available, but it's just a matter of time given Fujifilm's exit strategy.

My guess is that the back end (development & processing) is the money looser although it's clear that film  purchases are way down.  I was never a big Neopan 1600 user... maybe half a dozen rolls over my lifetime.  I still have one roll in storage and since I do mostly landscapes, I would rather shoot slow film on a tripod ; )

Agree... once you get use to a specific emulsion it's a bit of a pain to change.  Anyway I  should be set for the next couple of years... let's enjoy...
