after summer vacation (always after) is to use the mini-gym at our building complex. My doctor recommended jump rope... balance in life is everything. Casey

at the moment two hours one day a week is about the max that I can manage... but even that small amount helps build up the stamina. Casey

actually rainy season has started as it always does when they hold the local community festival. Normally the start of rainy season means no rain and the end of the season means rain... funny how that works. Casey

The doc also recommended the lunge exercise, right, left, repeat... it's about working on the balance. I have not jogged in years, not sure if I could, but "fast" walking is very doable... fast is relative of course. It was nice to have the x100t with me ...
