the most common mode of transport and there's no limit to the number of passengers. 
It's just a piece of white cloth or plastic sheet that somehow made its way there (probably came from the tourists).
The PJ girl was waiting to talk to the guard/policeman I think. I also thought she was dressed unconventionally.

The landscapes were from Ha Long Bay. The young girl is such a darling! The children were happy and played with natural resources and made their own toys - a healthy upbringing.
