The city skyline is 'forced' into the background
the sailboat creates a strong foreground and there is a bit of middle ground with the powerboat... lovely depth to the image. By any chance did you crop the right side or use a PL filter? Just asking because of the balance between the upper left & rig...

Driving in and around the area is beginning to wear me out. Yes, I used a polarizing filter causing that effect. I would have preferred to get into a position to frame the sailboat better.
IMO the sailboat is okay...
It might have been interesting (composition wise) if the speedboat were a little closer, say about ½ the distance between the opposite shore and the sailboat... details... easy to 'speculate' when looking at the end photo ; )
