Every once in awhile a new camera comes along that has that potential to be very dangerous, so I was looking forward to take a look at the mirrorless medium format Hassy X1D. Hasselblad Team Japan It's the same sensor as used in the Pentax 645z Sensor typ...  

......really not very much in this space at all. For a landscaper, it looks superb. One question....i wonder how many might look at the fps and ponder.... for me, it has many many positives

... as long as photographers continue to have different requirements. For certain types of assignments the X1D is certainly a good choice. As you mentioned the X1D is somewhat uniquely positioned... landscape for sure, and portraits. For the sports photog...

I used to spend so much time with my m9, registering over 40k shuttercounts every year for three, four years straight, messing around with all sorts of lenses from the luxes and cons to the vintages to cine lenses, until one day lens prices went bananas a... 

I also have more than one watch... it's a similar story ; ) .
