the first is very life like...
and seems to be a long exposure... hand held? I like the light and shadow. The second is interesting for a couple of reasons... There are no cars or trucks... nor bicycles ... and for the most part the cycles have only one person... the jumble of telephon...

It's a few second exposure. The 2nd one was taken at the intersection in Ho Chi Minh city aka Saigon. An interesting city for photographers. cen@jkt
