Spoke with Marie (former AM in Geneva). I'll have to pull up old email but I believe it was 450000 us in 2007 with an 18 month wait.

This was at a recent Patek event in NYC where they had ALL the current and recent MRs on display; it was a great opportunity to feel, handle, and of course listen to these masterpieces. I was told that the price for this particular piece is around 750,000...
