Will Patek Philippe Wristwatches be sold over the internet?
Will there be any cost cutting measures at the retail end of Patek Philippe Wristwatches now that the internet has been around for over 10 years?
Retail Space on Fifth Avenue and Rodeo Drive along with the high labor costs of manufacturing such a Watch as A Patek Philippe and that not so long ago a person could buy a Patek Philippe for 5 grand, where today it cost 20 grand, and tomorrow 40 grand for a simple wristwatch.
Will expensive retail establishments with high overhead someday become too expensive to sustain itself? Certainly the quality and workmanship of a watch cannot be compromised but the cost of selling the watch. Will those costs continue to be sustainable?
