Price reduction in HK only, and only for certain models
That is what I was told. So, I woudln't count on they will reduce list price of 5070P. Price reduction will only apply on certain models, and percentage will range from 10-12%.
There won't be any price reduction elsewhere, possible increase in Europe when price is quoted in Swiss Franc or Euro
Most likely you will see reduction on the usual suspects such as quartz watches, calatravas, 5135s, 5146s, these are models which AD would need to discount anyway in order to sell them. So, the net price will probably remain the same to customer.
Just my 2cent, will see what actually happen in Feb/09

I understand the reduction is mainly a result of the weak Euro vis-a-vis USD/HKD (the Euro dropped ~15% in the last few months) - collectors are better off buying PPs in Europe, after tax deduction ...
