They have become overpriced. I think Vintage dealers in general keep ramping prices then convincing Financial collectors that they are good investments, conveniently forgetting to tell their clients that they made the last 5 or so marks. I think the inter dealer market spiral trades between them. It's a total scam. Then they publish "scholarly work". $$ collectors treat it as some sort of cheap art market. And the dealers just cross promote each other to give the appearance of uber authority. And the Brand collections support it all because In the end its good for business and reissues.
