May want to choose based on where you live, unless it is in Europe where you have a choice and probably where you next spend most time. Else, choose the region that most fascinates you.

The gold colour matches the closionne enamal dial the most! Think, the Patek initilally just issue 5131J and there is no 5130J...that means they try to "spare" the YG case for the precious dial!

That was my exact thoughts. Living in Europe, I would choose the Europe version

Dear Aussie, Please check in Patek official website...Only 5130 P, G, R. Of coz, if you are the VIP of the Salon, you may ask Mr Stern to specially make one for you...

i dont think theres ever been a 5130J.. you might be thinking of the 5110J cheers
