I recently got my 5131J I love the yellow gold, but thinking may be I should also get the white gold.

May want to choose based on where you live, unless it is in Europe where you have a choice and probably where you next spend most time. Else, choose the region that most fascinates you.
Go for 5131J...
The gold colour matches the closionne enamal dial the most!
Think, the Patek initilally just issue 5131J and there is no 5130J...that means they try to "spare" the YG case for the precious dial!
