those instructions are not as clear sometimes.
Just set it as they suggest - although you 'could' be 1 day off.
But....
Wait until the next time we have full moon (July 30th)
and set the moon phase (anytime afternoon) excatly to the 'middle'.
You will be all set then ;-)
