this may be a silly question
but why is it off limits to list the MSRP of a watch. Its not a price discussion, its a statement of fact. Like it or not MSRP's do matter as it weeds out the people that can acquire a piece and those that can not. Unfortunately this is just a fact. When a piece comes out at 500 swiss francs it limits the potential buyers by a fair amount.

I would say the pricing strategy of 5951 is the most controversal part in Basel 2010! It sounds that there are 2 schools of thoughts. One (eg Jerome and Bruno) thinks that Patek would produce 2 kinds of rattrapantte: A super complication (27-525 movt) and...
