The 5159 is a Perpetual Calendar with a retro date fitted. Which means that once the watch has been set up correctly and never stops, will show the correct date - including leap years, for the next 122 years.
The 5450 is a Annual Calendar - which means that the date will only have to be adjusted, once a year on March the 1st.
But the big thing about the watch, is that it was designed by the PP's Advanced Research Department and the three most important components of the watch i.e. the escapement – the hairspring, the balance wheel and the anchor – are now in silicium. To be more precise, the anchor or pallet fork is now in Silinvar®, as the Geneva brand calls it.
If you search this forum you will find lots more info on both of these watches.
Though you should be able to get a 5159 relatively easy.
The 5450 was only produced in a limited number, of I believe 300 watches, which have all been sold.
I hope that this has helped answer some of your questions.
