5450 only because...
the color scheme of the 5159 whilst nice is not as appealing as its predecessor the 5059. The retrograde function is quite interesting and should keep you up some nights when it does its thing but the 5450 would be an even greater intro to the world of PP as it offers the signature complication Patek pioneered, annual calendar mechanism. Its color is more harmonious and as such, easier to match with outfits
