There are two box types
for 5270, one looks like the picture in the post. This type is the same as boxes used by many Patek nowaday (V4 and V5). The older 5270 came with this type. The newer box type has an insert and holder for the solid case back and stylus. I know this because I have both an older 5270G-001 and a newer 5270R. I remember saw some auctions for 5270G-001 at either Christies or Antiquorum came with the older type box too.
P.S. The box types may depend upon region that the watches are sold as well. But for sure I know both are correct boxes for the 5270.

Congrats!!!! It's a great watch!!!! But look to the box....isn't box for 5270. In to the your box aren't spaces for rear parts in full gold and for pencil to correction of month day date. Luca
