The 5167R has been on my mind since I first saw one...
a couple of years ago. I think it looks great. I'm wearing the 5167A today - it is the most comfortable watch I own. The R version has a real softness about it, and looked great on my wrist. It's sporty, but dressy too (no one is really going to care). But i wouldn't call it a sports watch, although I think it is rated water resistant to 120m. The hardest part for me is to believe that the price is about double the SS version. They want $20k for less than an ounce of gold. On the other hand, which of these little gems is really worth it. I've thought seriously about this watch, and one of these days I may break down and get one. I think it's one of the nicest looking watches out there (obviously for my tastes).

I have a steel 5167 (steel) with tropical strap and agree with all the compliments above - wonderful watch! I'm not sure if I understand our Count, but I think that I agree with the conclusion - why not 5167r? In my opinion, the gold has the advantage of ...

I purchased one approximately two years ago. I was concerned about how I would use the watch...but I was drawn to the rose gold with the chocolate face. It is very functional for travel...especially to warmer, more humid climates. It dresses up but I am n...
5167r after two years

The rising temperatures and humidity where I am, provided good reasons for getting my 5167r out. After two years...the watch and the band look great. This watch does have a feel on the wrist that is unlike anything else I own....
