The 5146
5146 is the next watch on my list of watches-I-want-to-purchase.
My taste is for the new RG with white dial, also the new Advance Research version(5450) seems really interesting.
To answer your question;
Since you don't have a Patek yet, you should get it. 5146 is worth its cost and a great PP.
