I am quite happy with my 5120/1G. The high-sheen polish of the bracelet and hobnailed bezel make it a perfect watch for everyday use. The fact that it is quite slim means that the watch spends most of the hours behind the shirt cuff, protecting it from the hostile world "out there"; the finishing of the case and bracelet mentioned also serve to disguise those occasional scratches, so fatal to the heart of any watch lover.
Movement-wise, this is a superb watch. I have had problems with caliber 240 before when coupled with complications such as the 5015 and 5054. Those tend to stop during the night before the mainspring is exhausted. (a Scatola winder did not solve this problem; an Orbita did--as a friend who bought the watch from me later related). However the 240, as fitted within the 5120 to drive only the hour and minute hands, is a gem. The accuracy rate is truly reliable.
The only slight misgiving I have on the 5120 is the case-back. The holes for the grip to open the case-back make the watch looks a bit unfinished though this set up might have help make watch case slimmer. The edge of the sapphire glass-back also does not sit flush to the frame, resulting in a sharp edge round the radius. It may occasionally shave your wrist hair off a bit. But it would not pluck them out by the roots as an early Royal Oak Offshore would (OUCH !).
Hope this helps a bit.
