I just checked every model, and it's there on all the "men" versions except on the 5712/1A. Either someone made a mistake, or discontinuation is just around the corner...
I tried a 5726/1A recently at the Patek Salon in Geneva, and it didn't have it. But I guess that the demo model was manufactured prior the creation of the new adjustment system.
It's very pretty....
and due to the rose gold color has significant presence! Much enjoyment with it, cheers, Filip

Do you know if Patek is incorporating the micro adjustment to all the Nautilus bracelets (and maybe other bracelets), or only the new releases (like 5811/1G and 5712/1R)? Thanks.
I would assume this new patented clasp will progressively be adopted by all models in production, but usually this is done quietly (I doubt I will ever be notified about it)...
If you check publicly on Patek's site, the new clasp would seem to be already listed for most models, but not e.g. for the older 5712/1A... It it stays on long enough, I bet (just my assumption) it will get the upgrade too Cheers.
