Thanks for the warm welcome.
This is my first Patek with an amagnetic movement but not my first Patek. I have owned a different vintage gold Calatrava (I don't remember the model but it had the 23-300 movement) and I had a 5066. I prefer vintage so after much consideration I switched to the 3410. I think that it is a wonderful piece but it is pretty dressy for my lifestyle. I am seeing my strap guy this weekend and I am hoping that he will make me something that suits myself and the watch (probably reddish brown alligator but I do love his ostrich straps).
I was hoping to see other amagnetic Pateks. The 3417 is my dream watch - my 3410 is likely as close as I am going to get to one.
