Thanks for sharing a tasty 5110P strap selection, and glad to see it's indeed provoking some interesting feedback! Here's my quick take:
#1 and 2 are sober and classical, it's impossible to go wrong with them. Between the two, I'd pick the second as I like it when a strap nicely matches a smaller detail on the dial (the sun at noon, here ;-)
Honestly, even though I love orange, I'm less enthusiastic about #3 for this watch, not to mention it takes lots of attention away from the beauty of the blue guilloche. As for the NATO, at the cost of being the only one on the forum (but hey, I'm the moderator here! ;-)), I LOVE the irony and the confidence it conveys! Excellent summer choice!

Always great to have a selection of straps to increase your enjoyment, the grey looks nice. Putting that masterpiece on a NATO strap blasphemous to many including myself to be honest, but if your digging it that’s all that matters.

The NATO strap *is* blasphemous! The fact that the blasphemer *enjoys* blaspheming is irrelevant. Wrong is wrong. Enjoying wrong doesn't make it right, it makes you bad. All the other straps are great! I love all three. The 5110 dresses down on calf reall...
Some fabric straps are nice but the nato style with extra long tail isn't for me.
Still, I like the look and colors with this watch. Might be fun to wear it like that just to spot the reactions of those who know this Patek. Be a blasphemer for the laughs.

I tend to agree with your comment about the tan strap matching the details of the sun and moon. This particular one is growing on me.

White Alligator could make a seasonal statement also. Should coordinate (if possible) to the formality of your attire. Black shoes. (in these times, black or white sneakers!!! . Platinum or WG jewelry is more formal than J or R Gold. The watch is the feat...
Excellent watch.
Would prefer tone-on-tone leather first, then the Cordovan strap. You may second-guess whether or not a high contrast is suitable for the watch; but you would have no such concern with tone-on-tone. Have a good weekend,
