measured the diameter or length of any of their watches to see if the measurements are what they claim to be? Well, unless I am doing something wrong a few of my Pateks are off. I am measuring them with a calibrated gauge (mm) and measuring between the 10...
Shouldn't you be measuring between 10 and 4?
Or 2 and 8. If I remember my geometry correctly, measuring the diameter of a circle shoud be through the center. Measuring between 10 and 2 would give you a length shorter than the diameter.
The measurement should be taken at the widest part of the case as ....
Allen indicates. That would be from 10 to 4 or 9 to 3, etc. I have measured my watches and all have been consistent with manufacturors specifications. tempusfugit
If you go to the Patek website
and click on any one of their watches, when the main image comes up, click on "size" at the bottom of the image. It will give you the size and show you where they take their measurements from. Bob
