You are fortunate to be able to run outdoors
Here in Malaysia,we will be stuck at home until 14 April at the very least and as I live on the 34th floor, I have decided to not use the lift when I walk up or down to keep fit!
34 Floors of stairs! Yikes!
I set the stairmaster at the gym to the Eiffel Tower! It's a good workout!

That is some speed. I am merely walking up 34 floors! Running would be a little dangerous!
But you're doing that regularly! No gym for me to go to now!
I don't like climbing down stairs, bad on the knees. But going up is good!
Tell me about the dreaded knees! :-)
And for me, it is really the ankles that I am ultra careful with. Take care Patrick and I hope your gym reopens soon.

Nobody's wearing my watches. So they've all stopped. Nice to see yours is still running!
