Sorry for the delay Gordon, I was a bit busy but finally had a chance to take a few quick photos of the Abalone mosaics of the Dantrio Genkai that you requested...
This particular Danitrio Genkai is clipless. It took 6 months to make, strictly 100% by hand, and consists of 24k gold powder, platinum powder, and 100 layers of Japanese Urushi lacquer as well as Abalone (MOP) in various designs to represent the theme of the pen. I also requested for a custom grind for the nib which writes butter smooth and like a dream 😉
