Patek Philippe

I come across a 5050P which I believed is a early production. The certificate doesn't have the case#, only movement#, and it doesn't come with the solid back. My question is " could it be possible that the early production 5050 didn't have the solid back ... 

I would be very cautious about any Patek that didn't have the case# and movement number on the papers. Best Regards, Bob

tag attached to the watch and not indicated on the COO. It wasn't until recently that the movement number and case number were indicated on the Certificate together (XXXXXXX/XXXXX), so I don't think I would give up on this piece just yet.

My patek model 5050 came with one solid back, one sapphire glass back, deployment buckle, pushing pin + winder box. On the certificate, it shows both movement and case number.
