I come across a 5050P which I believed is a early production. The certificate doesn't have the case#, only movement#, and it doesn't come with the solid back.
My question is " could it be possible that the early production 5050 didn't have the solid back and that is why the case# not printed on certificate?.
For the 5050 owners, please share some of the information, greatly appreciated.
By the way, did the 5050 release all metals at the same time, or it was released one or two meatl at each stage like the 5159 or 5070? if so, like to know each metal production period as well.
Thanks again
I would be very cautious about any Patek that didn't have the case# and movement number on the papers. Best Regards, Bob
My patek model 5050 came with one solid back, one sapphire glass back, deployment buckle, pushing pin + winder box. On the certificate, it shows both movement and case number.
