Concerning your question, I must say it is very difficult to have an opinion from your second picture which is not clear enough to me.
I would have think these watches have an unpolished bezel and I have a doubt about the soundblasted possibility (never heard about it and it seems unlikely there was such bezel on that ref, but I may be wrong). Maybe it is just the picture that makes the watch look sandblasted and not the real finish. But really hard to say.
There was a Florentine finish bezel on some models (especially bracelet versions). Maybe this is what you see on your picture:

If this is something you're looking after, I suggest you ask for better pictures to the author to make a more reliable opinion.
