An interesting question.
Well, this is the limit of my knowledge.
These Calatravas don't have lugs as the bracelet is directly sealed to the case (so it is not a watch were the bracelet could have been converted into a strap, without significant changes on the case).
Whereas it doesn't seem impossible for a client to ask for that extra detail, during a period when many personnalized watches were made (for instance concerning chronographs), I imagine it is possible a customer could ask to have this finish on a straped 3445. But this is pure guess.
The best thing, if your want to be sure, is to get pictures from the back and, if possible from the inside, and serial numbers and ask Patek Philippe directly.
