Help identifying?
A colleague of mine sent me this picture of a watch he inherited from his grandfather. He thinks it's from the late 1950s or early 1960s. Any ideas what the reference number might be? Sorry I don't have a better picture....

A very nice model and the crown is something important too (not to be lost during an overall service for instance). Very nice reference. Cheers, Mark
Definitely Looks Like a 2526
Look for the Hodinkee article about this reference. The article suggested that the movement (12-600 AT if I remember correctly) is as good as it gets. Also I believe that the dial is enamel. Beautiful watch.
