Please help me patek #3444
I don't know much about watches but I recieved a Patek #3444 from my mother before she passed away that was my uncles.
Took it toa shop to verify and they said definetly. Took to another for a second opinion and the guy showed me where the three screws that hold oscilating weight backed out and were slightly rubbing on the back. Upon further evaluation two of screws were missing.Did not find inside.I think the first guy didn't notice and dropped them out. I don't have the money to send it to Patek and was wondering if I could get them done somewhere else.I would just like to wear it.
Also the band has been replaced with a really nice 14K band. Does this affect the value much?
