What is the reference number and history behind this piece ?

interestingly first patek ref to use caliber 28-255 (jlc920) famously subsequently used in first nautilus ref 3700 made in yg and yg . typically with standard white dials but some funky ones too this being the most wild; sold on strap but also integrated ...

Interesting dial! I zoomed in on the dial and the numbers are still flat compared to the scalloped dial…how is that possible?? I’m assuming the numerals are painted on the dial and the dial is flat?!? What an amazing illusion if that’s the case.

so numerals hand painted in layers overs guilloched unevenness ...  

Must take a long time to finish that dial…I would be dizzy after painting one of those 😜
