Of course they are

Hi,

Of course AP is among the best brands in terms of technical prowess and superb finish, but in fact there is just no AP watch I want to own.

I'm not too fan of the RO, I just appreciate the very simple models like the Jumbo and the (not so simple) skeleton perpetual calendar . I'm not appealed by the Millenary case, and not much more by the Jules Audemars case; They are all very nice watches, but they don't talk to me.

The trendy image of the ROO is also something that leaves me out. I'm generally not too fan of trendy watches. Even my Polaris remain very discreet watches, generally not known at all out of internet fora members.

So AP is a great technical brand with a superb finish (specially on the upscale models), they have many high complications that fascinate me, but with their entry level watches I'm just not appealed (but I understand it's a matter of taste, not a question of quality).
