Of course, for personal reasons the 5177G-010 "Boccadasse" from the 2018 Collection will always be my favorite watch EVER -- hardly something can be more precious to me than having my favorite spot of my hometown on the dial of my beloved brand!! :-)
Patek does occasionally buy back some meaningful watches from collectors, via auctions or other means, and the Geneva Museum of course already features several important Rare Handcrafts (though mainly from past centuries). Creating a complete gallery of *modern* Rare Handcraft pieces (i.e., within the references 5075/5076/5089/5077/5086/5177/5738/etc...) would definitely be an amazing project. However, at least as a first reaction I wouldn't be so sure of its feasibility, given that all of Rare Handcrafts are produced in *extremely* limited numbers (some even officially as pieces unique ;-)
This is certainly also why, during the last few years, Patek has introduced the great tradition to display the *current* Rare Handcraft offering at dedicated Exhibits (this year, from April 6 to 23 in Geneva and later on in Paris), before these amazing watches get shipped to private collections around the world
Cheers.
