not that it would be the most difficult thing on earth to produce a new dial 
But in this case it's not only the 5127 dial put in the 5296 case - if you look at it closely, specifically where the date window is compared to the minuterie dots - you'll see t's a new dial - style is classic calatrava (and thus one could rightly say 5127 style as well ) though.
