I understand your question.
A flyback function can be indeed useful (in some conditions) but is still somewhat secondary to many other technical aspects.
The 5960 and 5980 are flyback chronographs. This function is generally linked to sportier watches than the manual wind two counter chronographs offered by Patek Philippe.

two are very different , as you know and wrote successfully in a previous thread -and you were right- ,both being so far apart from each , but each other so beautiful, except movment of course , the only 5070 to be compared and makes sense , in my opinion...

I know Patek added the instantaneous minute counter to this new model, however does it also have the flyback function like a Lange Datograph?

Hi there, I was told from that my AD I could get one in few weeks. I was wondering if its worth the price. Or should I wait for the G, R or P to come out? And is it very hard to find. Thanks, Bob
